The UNESCO Chair, in cooperation with the Jean Monnet Chair, invited Dr. Christoph Graf, Swiss Ambassador in Tirana, for an open lecture on “Direct democracy – Swiss experience” with the students and lecturers of Marin Barleti University. After the institutional welcoming by the Rector of Marin Barleti University Prof. Dr. Marenglen Spiro
