In the framework of the Europe for Citizens programme, the UNESCO Chair and the Jean Monnet Chair, in cooperation with a network of international partners are implementing the project RESTART – Reinventing European Solidarity and Raising Tolerance. On November 17, 2016, the ambassador of Greece in Albania, Mrs. Eleni Sourani gave an open lecture on the refugee crises in Europe and the situation in Greece. The lecture event was followed by an workshop and open discussion between participants on issues related to refugees crisis and solidarity.
